Challenge

Mifa Aluminium had recurring problems with the standard cable protection on their robots. This protection regularly broke down, leading to malfunctions and additional maintenance costs.

Approach

Our technical account manager visited the site together with a robot specialist from Reiku to thoroughly analyze the situation. After consultation and testing, they decided on a hose package with a pull-back system. This system offers a much more durable and effective solution for protecting the cables.

Result

The first robot has now been successfully equipped with the new system, which is functioning to everyone's satisfaction. Due to the positive results, Mifa has decided to equip the other five robots with the same solution.
