Yes, our products comply with all relevant international standards such as CE, UL, RoHS, and REACH. Certificates can be provided upon request.
Delivery & Prices
How quickly can you deliver?
We can deliver most standard products within 1-2 business days. For custom products, the delivery time depends on the specifications, usually 2-4 weeks.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on weight, volume, and destination. For orders over €275, we deliver free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Warranty & Service
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a standard manufacturer's warranty on all our products, usually 12-24 months depending on the product type. For more information, see our delivery terms and conditions.
What is your return policy?
First, contact us to obtain an RMA number. Return the product in good packaging. After inspection, we will process the credit note or send a replacement product.
