Predictive maintenance and replacement of Cable Carriers
At Tata Steel, there are many moving applications on plants in continuous operation where Cable Carriers are mostly used to guide and protect the cables and pipes. These often operate under harsh environmental conditions. Dust and heat as well as other external factors have a major impact on service life. Regular inspections and predictive maintenance increase the lifespan, but more importantly the reliability and deployability of the Cable Carriers. If the usability proves unreliable, a replacement cable carrier is installed after consultation. We replace the cable carriers quickly and efficiently.
