Inner dimensions from your cable package
Cables get a 10% margin, hoses 20% (expansion under pressure). Height = thickest line, width = sum of all lines.

The bending radius protects your cables
The radius of the carrier is at least 7.5× the thickest cable; 10× is better for dynamic cables.

Length in whole links
Depending on the fixed point, always rounded up to the pitch of the chosen carrier.

Only what really fits
Dimensions, radius, installation space, travel length, speed, acceleration and environment: whatever does not comply drops out, the rest is ranked.
