Steel S1250 cable carrier with a double chain band for Uitenbogerd in Heukelum

Uitenbogerd's cable carrier works in a dirty environment. There, a carrier has to be very strong, because dirt and heavy loads demand a lot from the links and their connections.

The unsupported length also played a role: the distance over which the upper run can span freely without sagging. The greater that length, the more the carrier has to be able to take.

We chose a steel carrier from the S/SX series by Tsubaki Kabelschlepp, in the S1250 version, with a double chain band. A double chain band makes the cable carrier considerably stronger and significantly increases the unsupported length.

We calculated this in advance. We then built the carrier ourselves in our workshop in Ruurlo and delivered it to Uitenbogerd.

Uitenbogerd has a steel cable carrier that is calculated for the unsupported length and strong enough for a dirty environment.
