Where plastic ends, steel begins. Steel cable carriers are built from steel side plates with aluminium or steel cross bars. They span large self-supporting lengths, carry heavy cables and hoses and stay dimensionally stable at high temperatures.
Tsubaki Kabelschlepp supplies the steel carriers in a galvanised and a stainless steel version (SX). With enclosed cable carriers, cables are also protected against hot swarf and slag.
Steel carriers are almost always custom work in width and layout. We calculate deflection and load and supply the carrier complete with dividers and end connectors.
