Ja. De wijzer vergelijkt alleen maten, niet merken of typenummers. Vul de maten van je huidige rups in en je ziet welke types uit ons assortiment op dezelfde plek passen.

Ik weet de krommingsradius niet. Wat nu?

Meet de bouwhoogte van de bocht, van de buitenkant boven tot de buitenkant onder, en de buitenhoogte van een schakel. De wijzer rekent de radius dan uit: bouwhoogte min buitenhoogte, gedeeld door twee.

Waarom staat mijn huidige maat er niet precies tussen?

Veel types hebben vaste binnenbreedtes en radii. De wijzer kiest dan de eerstvolgende maat die niet krapper is dan nu. Types zonder vaste breedtes leveren we op maat binnen hun bereik.

Past de eindbevestiging op mijn machine?

Dat controleert een specialist bij je aanvraag. Bij een andere steek of een ander merk wijkt de bevestiging vaak af; we zeggen vooraf wat er aan de machine moet veranderen.

Mijn rups ging snel kapot. Gewoon hetzelfde type nemen?

Brak of sleet hij eerder dan verwacht, zoek dan eerst de oorzaak. Anders gebeurt het opnieuw. De storingsgids en de rups-check helpen daarbij, of laat ons meekijken.

How the guide chooses

No guesswork and no brand comparison: only the dimensions from our type data, with fixed rules. Anything not in the data is shown as unknown and checked by a specialist.

Inner dimensions at least equal
Inner height and inner width are at least what you measured (1 mm measuring margin), so your cables keep fitting. At most 50% larger (minimum 10 mm), otherwise the carrier no longer fits in the same place.
Same or slightly wider bend
The bending radius is no tighter than now (2 mm tolerance), because your cables were chosen for that bend. At most 15% larger (at least 10 mm), because a larger bend makes the carrier taller.
Travel length, installation and type
Your travel length falls within what the type can handle self-supporting or gliding. Hanging or standing only for types that may run vertically. Material and open or closed follow your choice.
Fits in the same space
Enter your outer height and outer width, and the replacement will not be larger than your current carrier (1 mm measuring margin).
Match in percent
The closer the height, width, radius, pitch and outer dimensions are to your current carrier, the higher the match. Only what you entered counts. A different pitch does not rule it out, but costs points: the length in links and the end mounting then differ.
