Veelgevraagde types en lengtes van de UNIFLEX Advanced Series hebben we op voorraad in Ruurlo. Andere uitvoeringen assembleren we op maat. Geef het type en de lengte door, dan krijg je de levertijd.

Kan ik losse onderdelen voor de UNIFLEX Advanced Series bestellen?

Ja, schakels, stegen, eindbevestigingen en tussenschotten vraag je aan op de pagina Onderdelen en reparatie: op artikelnummer, of door de UNIFLEX Advanced Series en het onderdeel te kiezen. We controleren per type wat leverbaar is.

Welk type van de UNIFLEX Advanced Series past bij mijn toepassing?

Dat hangt af van de dikste kabel (binnenhoogte), de breedte van het pakket, de buigradius en de rijweg. Binnen deze serie loopt de binnenhoogte van 17.5 tot 80 mm. In de kabelrups-configurator reken je het in een paar minuten uit.

Welke buigradii zijn er?

Afhankelijk van het type tussen 28 en 500 mm. Kies altijd een radius die minstens zo groot is als de minimale buigradius van de gevoeligste kabel in het pakket.

Is de UNIFLEX Advanced Series openklapbaar?

Ja, afhankelijk van het type: niet openklapbaar, binnenkant openklapbaar, buitenkant openklapbaar. Zo kun je kabels ook na de montage nog inleggen of vervangen.

Wat is de maximale rijweg?

Tot 200 meter, afhankelijk van het type, het vulgewicht en of de rups vrijdragend of glijdend wordt opgesteld.

Kan ik de kabelrups compleet met kabels krijgen?

Ja. We leveren de rups montageklaar met kabels en slangen op lengte, getest en met de juiste trekontlasting. Dat scheelt montagetijd en voorkomt fouten.

Zijn CAD-bestanden beschikbaar?

Ja, via de knop CAD-bestanden bovenaan de pagina download je 3D-modellen (STEP) van alle types in deze serie.

About the UNIFLEX Advanced Series

The UNIFLEX Advanced is the lightweight, quiet all-rounder from the Basic Line. It is an open plastic cable carrier that is easy to install and suits many industrial environments: from automation and robot installations and CNC machines to medical equipment, handling technology and laboratory and measuring applications.

Types: The UNIFLEX Advanced comes in 7 types: UA1250, UA1320, UA1455, UA1555, UA1665, UA1775, UA1995.
Sizes: The inner height ranges from 17.5 to 80 mm, the inner width from 15 to 600 mm. All types are available in fixed inner widths.
Bending radius: The bending radius ranges from 28 to 500 mm.
Pitch: The pitch is 25 to 99.5 mm.
Cables: The largest type takes cables up to 65 mm in diameter.
Travel length: The travel length is up to 200 m, depending on type, additional load and installation.
Open: Depending on the type, the links can be opened on the inside and outside, or cannot be opened.
Environment: According to the type data, the series is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, in clean and contaminated environments.
