About the series
About the QuickTrax® Series
The QuickTrax® is a compact plastic cable carrier from the Basic Line, made with two-component technology. It is designed for quick installation and long unsupported lengths, and runs very quietly thanks to its integrated noise damping. Applications include machine building, automation and robotics, medical and laboratory equipment, logistics and the printing industry.

- The QuickTrax® comes in 2 types: QT0250, QT0320.
- Sizes
- The inner height ranges from 17.6 to 20 mm, the inner width from 15 to 65 mm. All types are available in fixed inner widths.
- Bending radius
- The bending radius ranges from 28 to 125 mm.
- Pitch
- The pitch is 25 to 32 mm.
- Cables
- The largest type takes cables up to 16 mm in diameter.
- Travel length
- The travel length is up to 80 m, depending on type, additional load and installation.
- Open
- The links can be opened on the inside and the outside.
- Environment
- According to the type data, the series is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, in clean environments.
