Rijweg, snelheid, de kabels en slangen (aantal en diameters) en de omgeving. Weet je niet alles? Een foto of tekening helpt ook; de rest vragen we na.

Werken jullie samen met onze eigen engineers?

Juist graag. Je engineers kennen de machine, wij de kabelgeleiding. We leveren CAD-modellen en rekenen gekozen opstellingen gezamenlijk door.

Kan ik ook zelf rekenen?

Ja, met de kabelrups-configurator, voor kunststof en staal. Wij controleren elke berekening kosteloos na.

Travel length, speed, acceleration and additional load determine whether a carrier can run self-supporting or must glide, and which series are strong enough.

Bending radius and internal layout
We determine the radius based on the most sensitive cable and divide the package with dividers, so nothing chafes or twists.

We check whether your cables are suitable for continuous movement and, where needed, recommend highly flexible alternatives.

Design and CAD
You receive a drawing and STEP models, so your designer can include the carrier in the machine design straight away.

Cable management for twelve telescope antennas at the radio observatory

For twelve telescope antennas, we designed two cable carriers per telescope, for the polar axis and the declination axis, carrying 131 cables per telescope. Cable entries seal the transition to the electrical building.
