A good hose without the right holders still chafes against the robot or gets in the way. Holders determine where the hose is fixed, where it may slide and where it may rotate.
Reiku's system is modular: a clamp with interchangeable clamp jaws that guides, holds or retracts the hose. With a ball joint the hose moves along at an angle; with a swivel flange the whole holder rotates 360° around the base.
We determine per axis which holder is needed and fit the package so the hose lies free in every position of the robot.

Where it sits on the robot

- 1Protective hoseCorrugated hose for the cables and hoses to the tool. Absorbs abrasion, kinking and spatter.
- 2Rotary flange on axis 1Holder on a rotating flange, so the package rotates 360° with the base of the robot.
- 3Clamp on axis 3Clamp with clamping jaws that guide, hold or let the hose slide through on the upper arm.
- 4Retraction systemA spring that pulls excess hose back when the robot moves in, so no loop is left hanging.

01Hose size
The clamp follows the size of the protective hose.
02Function per axis
Fixed at the base, guiding or retracting on the upper arm, articulating at the wrist.
03Load
Heavy packages call for a metal or screwed closure.
04Rotation
Does the base rotate a lot? Then use a rotary flange under the holder on axis 1.
