About the XL Series
The XL is a plastic cable carrier from the Vario Line with an extra large inner height, intended for thick cables and hoses or several cables side by side. The modular design suits large bending radii and is easy to maintain. Applications include machine building, material handling, automation, conveying technology and heavy installations.

- The XL comes in one type, XL1650.
- Sizes
- The inner height is 108 mm, the inner width from 200 to 1000 mm. You choose the inner width per type within that range.
- Bending radius
- The bending radius ranges from 250 to 550 mm.
- Pitch
- The pitch is 165 mm.
- Travel length
- The travel length is up to 350 m, depending on type, additional load and installation.
- Open
- The links cannot be opened; the cables are inserted before installation.
