About the series
About the EasyTrax® Series
The EasyTrax® is a lightweight plastic cable carrier from the Basic Line Plus with a click system: you open the links with one hand, so you can insert and replace cables quickly. The open structure is made of strong, wear-resistant plastic. Applications include automation, machine building, robotics, conveying technology and assembly and production lines.

Widely used in
- Types
- The EasyTrax® comes in 4 types: ET0115, ET0250, ET0320, ET1455.
- Sizes
- The inner height ranges from 4.6 to 25 mm, the inner width from 7 to 78 mm. All types are available in fixed inner widths.
- Bending radius
- The bending radius ranges from 10 to 200 mm.
- Pitch
- The pitch is 11.5 to 45.5 mm.
- Cables
- The largest type takes cables up to 20 mm in diameter.
- Travel length
- The travel length is up to 80 m, depending on type, additional load and installation.
- Open
- The links can be opened on the inside and the outside.
- Environment
- According to the type data, the series is suitable for indoor use, in clean environments.
