Calculate the bending radius. From your cables, in seconds.

The bending radius of the cable carrier must suit the most sensitive cable in the package. Enter your cables to see the minimum and recommended radius straight away, plus the first available radii from our range.

The calculation rule

KR ≥ 7.5 × d_max (generous: 10 × d_max)

The minimum radius is 7.5 times the thickest cable diameter, or the minimum bending radius from the datasheet if that is larger. For many movements per day, 10 times is better for service life.

We use the same rules in the cable carrier configurator and ChainLogic. A result is an indicative value; we check every choice free of charge.
