For TES Industrial Systems, Wisman Techniek engineered and supplied a TKHP cable carrier for a crane at Tata Steel with 260 metres of travel, in a dirty environment. We assisted with the installation and carried out the acceptance.

Challenge
A crane at Tata Steel has 260 metres of travel, in a dirty environment. Over that length the cables have to move along reliably without dust and dirt disrupting the guidance.
02 · Solution
Solution
Wisman Techniek chose the TKHP series from Tsubaki Kabelschlepp. That is exactly what this series is made for: very long travel distances. We engineered and supplied the cable carrier, assisted with the installation and carried out the acceptance.
03 · Result
Result
The crane's cables now run over the full 260 metres of travel in a TKHP cable carrier in the channel.
