Reiku protective hose for full freedom of movement of robots at CREDUN Automation

For the robots of CREDUN Automation we chose a Reiku protective hose that moves along from the base to the end-of-arm tooling, without restricting the robot's freedom of movement.

Challenge

The black Reiku protective hose moves along with the robot arm of CREDUN Automation, from the base to the end-of-arm tooling. That is exactly where the challenge lies: the cabling has to follow the speed and the full working range of the robot without getting pinched or worn anywhere.

02 · Solution

Solution

For CREDUN Automation we chose a solution from Reiku tailored to exactly that. The cable harness stays well protected at high speeds and sharp movements, while the robot feels no restriction at all in its freedom of movement.

03 · Result

Result

Fewer breakdowns, a longer service life of cables and hoses, and an installation CREDUN can fully rely on.
