Assembly

What is in a dress pack?

A complete package runs from the base to the tool. With a base or upper-arm package, the parts that are not needed are left out. A cobot gets a light hose with clamps along the arm, without a retraction system.

  1. 01

    Protective hose

Corrugated hose for the cables and hoses to the tool. Absorbs abrasion, kinking and spatter.

  2. 02

    Rotary flange on axis 1

Holder on a rotating flange, so the package rotates 360° with the base of the robot.

  3. 03

    Clamp on axis 3

Clamp with clamping jaws that guide, hold or let the hose slide through on the upper arm.

  4. 04

    Retraction system

A spring that pulls excess hose back when the robot moves in, so no loop is left hanging.

  5. 05

    Ball joint

Let the hose move along at an angle at the wrist, where axes 4 and 5 rotate.

  6. 06

    Mounting on axis 6

End fixing at the tool. This is where the hose arrives at the welding torch, gripper or spray head.
